How to Find Cave Root Location
Cave Root is neither given at the start of the game nor can it be found before completing a certain mission. To find Cave Root, you first have to get access to the Upper Plains first. You will have to complete a mission named “The Wandering Clan.” It is the eleventh mission in this game and one of the main missions that contributes to the storyline of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. When you progress through this mission, you will automatically be guided to the Upper Plains.
After being guided to the Upper Plains, there you will see plenty of caves. You can choose any of them, and you will get Cave Root inside them. High mountains in the Upper Plains are also good locations where you can generally find those Cave Roots. Despite Kinglor Forest being the main location in this game, you will not find any Cave Roots there. So, if you look for them in Kinglor Forest, you will be disappointed.
There is another kind of cave root, known as the Exquisite Cave Root. However, you can only find it at the end of the game. At the end of the game, you will get a forest which is pretty cloudy.
